Omada Property Group was appointed by the client to provide project management services for the construction of a residential development comprising 11 x 3 bedroom luxury residential apartments over 3 levels and one level of basement parking. The scope of services include;
Preparation of a project brief
Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of construction tender
Preparation and negotiation of construction contract
Site superintendent services
Construction contract administration
Monthly project reporting
Handover and defects rectification management
The project is currently being constructed and is ahead of programme and on budget.
