Leighton Properties – Project Director for the joint venture (Aris Dimos)
Hoxton Park Airport was purchased by the Leightons/Mirvac Joint Venture along with Bankstown Airport, as part of the Commonwealth Government's General Aviation Airport privatisation. Hoxton Park Airport was required to operate as an airport for 5 years post acquisition, after which time it reverted to freehold title and a rezoning was negotiated with Liverpool Council which comprised of 40 of industrial land, 20 hectares of open space and 15 hectares of residential land. Aris was Project Director for the Joint Venture and was responsible for overall development strategy and delivery of the project.
